If you want to kill a man, no effort is required just put a woman in front of him and the job is done. But if you're planning to kill a woman a lot of effort is required like hiring a detective or investigator in order to watch for her moves, hiring a sniper, planning a car crush for her, planning a plane crush for her, and many more others. Killing a woman is very expensive because there are huge investments required than killing a man!
